Metta is translated as loving-kindness. Metta is a form of meditation. Metta is a form of prayer. Metta is a way of prayerful living. Metta, meditation, mindfulness and prayer are all ways of discovering meaning. These disciplines are ways to slow down, embrace interior silence and listen to the still small voice within. You don’t have to belong to any particular group to practice these disciplines. Gathering with a meditation community can be helpful.
